BOPP Bag film and its applications in packaging
Static electricity in BOPP film production
In a high-speed production line, BOPP film is prone to static electricity. It is necessary to install a static eliminator. To achieve thermal flexibility, resin adhesives such as self-adhesive cellophane and PVDC latex can be used.
Methods of producing BOPP film
BOPP film is produced by two methods: tubular film and flat film, and the film produced by the flat film method has a higher stretch ratio (up to 8-10), which improves its strength and thickness uniformity.
To improve performance, BOPP film is usually produced in multilayers. Combining this film with materials such as LDPE (CPP), PE, PVA and other materials provides properties such as moisture barrier, transparency and heat resistance. These films are used for packaging oily foods and other products.
CPP film features
CPP film with high transparency, heat resistance and easy heat sealing is suitable for packaging food, clothing and flowers. Clamshell and clamshell cellophane are also used for these purposes.
Types of CPP film
Universal type: suitable for packaging food and clothing.
Metallized type: with high adhesion to metal and suitable for decoration.
Cooking type: heat resistant and suitable for soup and frozen foods.
High temperature cooking type: for packaging fried chicken and drinks.
CPP film production features
The CPP film production process is carried out using T-die. This method improves the transparency, gloss and uniformity of the film thickness. Precise adjustment of temperature, tension and production speed ensures the final quality.
Applications of BOPP and CPP Films
BOPP and CPP films are used in food packaging, clothing, book covers and other products due to their unique properties. Combining these films with self-adhesive cellophane, clamshell cellophane and clamshell cellophane can be used to increase performance and various applications.
